We are part of the Swiss Guarantee Fund for Package Travel which fully guarantees your investment, the FSV (Swiss Federation of Travel Agencies) as well as the GAVG (Groupement des agences de voyages de Genève) and the APR (Agences Privées Romandes). These partnerships further strengthen the trust that has been placed in us over the years.
Our field of activity includes private travel managed by Charter Voyages SA as well as business and high-end travel managed by the parallel entity CBTS (CB Travel Services). We can welcome you physically in our offices and we can also answer you online as well as by email in French or in English.

CBTS Philosophy - CB Travel Services
In 2008, we decided to create a parallel entity to the classic travel agency that had been serving a loyal clientele for private travel since the agency's creation.
We wanted to be able to respond to the growing demand from small and medium-sized companies wishing to have their employees travel through us.
The service provided by our business travel specialists, combined with our constant search for the best prices and conditions, has been very well received by our past and new business clients.
However, we had to adapt to this growth while continuing to provide excellent service.
The requirement of the companies granting us their confidence also enabled us to answer the requests of a very demanding clientele in search of exceptional trips proposing hotels with very high quality services. Indeed, the CBTS team also puts its experience and knowledge at the service of this clientele that demands special attention and for whom travel rhymes with luxury and refinement!
